Here are some (not all) of my workshops/ceremonies I've held in the past! Each one has been so uniquely special for me. Even as a space-holder and guide for these offerings I am aware and grateful to also be learning from the beautiful people that attend. I hold space in the way I hold space for myself, with authenticity, true listenting, and prescence.
Womens Cacao Ceremony
My soul siters and I's first ceremony together. Created by women, for women to learn, feel, and unite with the medicine's of cacao and sisterhood.
Full moon circle
I was invited to co-host this beautiful full moon circle and lead the guided meditation portion, as well as provided intuitive vocals for the soundbath!!!
Intro to mediation 4-week course
A course close to my heart because it took me a long time to find what meditation type/style actually worked for me. I love getting to mantra, yin, guided, self-guided meditations and more.
Cacao Ceremony
My sister and I's 2nd Cacao ceremony together, held in the beautiful space of The Healing Ranch.
Cacao Ceremony
This ceremony was so filled with watery emotional feminine energy. Again held with my soul sister Kenzie, we teach about the history of the medicine and how it is used with respect and love. This workshop was like family all coming together, especially with it being at the yoga studio me and my sister called home.
Womb Initiation Workshop
My most recent workshop, and my first HUGE THRESHOLD moment for me and all my sisters who attended. It was potent, dark, and deep, but also filled with giggles and so much love. I'm forever grateful.
