Cancellation Policy

You must cancel and/or re-schedule 24 hours before set appointment time to be eligible for a refund. If need to cancel within the 24-hour timeframe you will not be eligible for a refund, and will be charged a 10% cancellation fee. You will not be refunded for no-shows and will also be charged to 10% fee.
